Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (41.25 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable Trade Counter Worker to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 5 days out of 6, which includes Saturdays on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at the trade counter in a professional and helpful manner

• Processing orders and handling customer enquiries

• Stock control and keeping the counter area clean and organised

• Supporting the warehouse and sales team when required

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with good communication skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer literacy

• Plumbing and heating knowledge is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
